This Terms and Conditions shall apply to all sales through Whisqu Asia Co., Limited and will exclude the application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. To order you must be over 18 years old. An Order placed without permission from guardian will be discarded.
An order made in another name without their warrant or that in one way or another causing Whisqu Asia CO., Limited economic damage will be reported to the authorities.
The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct those errors, inaccuracies; omit, change or update information at any time without prior notice. Whisqu Asia Co., Limited shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description/s, pricing and availability. In the event of an item being listed with an incorrect price due to an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Extension of Subscription
To proceed to the extension of subscription do the following:
> Open SignCut Pro 2.
> On the SignCut Account menu, click My Account.
> On the left side of the window that appears, click Subscribe to view SignCut Pro 2’s different subscription plans. The price changes depending on if you choose to subscribe with recurring or non-recurring payment by month or year.
Once payment has been settled, you will need to re-validate your account.
> Open SignCut Pro 2.
> On the SignCut Account menu, click Re-validate account to update your subscription, then it should be ready to use.
You can verify by checking the expiration date by clicking Help from the menu, then select About SignCut.
Migration/Transfer of Subscription
To migrate your subscription from your old computer to your new computer, download and install SignCut Pro 2 on the new computer and then head back to your old computer’s SignCut Pro 2 account and refer to the following steps:
> On the Account menu, click Transfer Account.
> On the transfer window that appears, click From this computer.
A code will be generated. Take note of the code and proceed with the setup on the new computer.
> On the Account menu, click Transfer Account.
> On the transfer window that appears, click To this computer. And enter the code.
In the event that you cannot retrieve the code from the old computer due to the fact that it is broken/malfunctioning, contact our support team for further advice.
SignCut Pro 2 has three different versions.
Depending on which version you have, you can use your SignCut Pro 2 subscription on multiple computers. As per the subscription version, the number of computers you can use are the following:
> Home and Student = 1 computer
> Standard = 2 computers
> Premium = 4 computers
To use SignCut Pro 2 on multiple computers you need to create a
Master Account on the computer you made your purchase on. You can read more about it here.
Once you have created your
Master Account you may then link the other computers to the master account. You can read more about it here.
Material Size Limitations in SignCut Pro 2
SignCut Pro 2 Home & Student and Standard version have a material size limitation. The limitations are as follows:
> Home & Student = Cutting width 18” (~46cm), no cutting length limit.
> Standard = Cutting width 48” (~122cm), no cutting length limit.
> Premium = No cutting width and length limits.

Purchasing of subscription and subscription extension are done within the software. See Section 2
Payment options are the following:
> Paypal Account. You can choose to check out and pay through your PayPal account.
> Credit Card. You can choose to check out as a guest and pay using your credit/debit card.
> Bank Transfer. If you are unable to make payment/s through PayPal or by credit/debit card, please send us a request to order at

VAT Number (for companies inside the EU only)
License number and/or the product that you wish to purchase
Please notice that the estimated time for bank transfer may take 2-3 working days. Your product will be delivered as soon as your payment is registered on our bank account. For faster transaction, we recommend you to use PayPal.
eCheques are payments from buyers who have attached their bank details to their PayPal account but do not have a valid backup funding source such as a credit or debit card. It may also be that their backup card has expired.
To ensure that a secure payment can be made, an eCheque is generated. Sending an eCheque is a bit like sending someone a paper cheque, only it is done electronically. And because it is processed by PayPal, the payment is protected and both the sender and recipient do not need to share their financial details. For more information about eCheques please visit PayPal.
Notice: It will take about 5-9 working days for an eCheque to be cleared, therefore we don’t recommend this method since we do not deliver the full order before payment clears. If you contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org we can out-of-courtesy add the subscription time for the days the eCheque takes to clear.
If your payment bounces back, you have to make a new purchase or contact your bank or PayPal.
SignCut Spooler and SignCut Draw
SignCut Spooler is only included in SignCut Pro 2 Premium version.
SignCut Draw is included from Student & Home, Standard and Premium versions of SignCut Pro 2.

SignCut Extension Delivery
Extensions for SignCut Pro 2 are normally delivered directly after the purchase. But it may take a while for the systems to update. If the extension has not been added, click
Re-validate Account on the Account menu in the software. We consider that the product will be delivered the next time the software validates the account.
Notice: When subscribing to SignCut Pro 2 an internet connection is required at all times for the software to work.
If you do not have an internet connection, we recommend the SignCut Pro 1 Offline Dongle found here.
In case of payment dispute/s, your account will be temporarily shut down. And we will email you for advice when we reach a solution.
We reserve the right to reject/decline a refund request when:
> Your purchase has been completed and no objection has been made within the first three (3) days.
> If you refuse to troubleshoot with our support.
> Refund is not given for products regarding less than one (1) month subscription time.
